Cancellation Policy

I do understand unexpected things happen in our day to day life, however to ensure the business remains operating smoothly, I do enforce a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Any service canceled within the 24 hour mark OR if you are past the five minute mark of your appointment you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. Any NO CALL / NO SHOW will be subject to 100% of your service. No exceptions other than birth or death. You no show/ I no pay bills. If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment your service will be denied and rescheduled. Any appointments that will have to be rescheduled due to lateness will be treated as a last-minute cancellation and will be charged 50%
